Picked up our new 2026 f150 at Polito Ford in Lindsay on Wednesday. Everything went perfect with undercoating, and options. Thanks to Dustin and Veronica for their personal service. As a repeat customer I will be returning in the future for great Ford deals and service.

Have to edit my review because I just got my 2nd Maverick from them after losing the 1st one from an accident that wasn't my fault. Only to have an even better, more enjoyable one, more customization with the help of everyone at Polito Ford, huge shout out to Jack who helped me get the custom order delivery with priority, it delivered way earlier than expected so I can do my road trip as planned :)

A BIG shoutout to DUSTIN WALLACE! He may be known as the “truck guy,” but he’s truly your go-to for anything Lincoln or Ford. Dustin was amazing to work with—extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, and he worked hard to find the right vehicle for me. He kept me updated every step of the way, which I really appreciated. He has such a kind, easygoing demeanour and a “nothing is a problem” attitude. He took the time to walk me through all the features without rushing and made sure I felt completely comfortable before I left. He even reminded me that he’s always available if I ever need help. I bought a new truck at Holiday Ford Nov 11 2025 3 mi hrs later my windshield cracked from the defroster. I was pretty depressed Depressed even more so when Holiday Ford did nothing to help me. Service manager in his opinion said they wouldn’t cover it so he didn’t document it or nothing. I went to a good windshield company. He said there was no impact. It was a stress crack and quoted me $2900 to replace. Back to Holiday Ford. Still nothing. I left there furious. Lost some sleep over this Two days later I called Polito’s. Explained that Holiday Ford did nothing She said to bring it in and they’d look at it I drove there and Chris documented the windshield and said he would sent it off to see if it would be covered. Told me I’d have to wait maybe 3-4 days 3-4 hours later Bonnie called and said it was covered and that they had ordered me a replacement Until that day I had never stepped foot in Polito’s or spent a dime there They really impressed me and saved me $2900.00 Had the windshield and first oil change done I will choose them over Holiday Ford Holiday Ford seems to have lost interest in me since I bought the truck. Polito’s owed me nothing and simply did their jobs and gained a new customer I can drive from Peterborough to Lindsay a lot of times for $2900.00 If I was you I’d go there too Thank you Bonnie and Chris and team!

This was the first time that I purchased a car that was not available on site. It took a few days to get exactly the vehicle that I wanted from another dealer. Kevin and Veronica were excellent arranging the location and delivery of the new vehicle.

Fantastic family owned business, the owner even took time to stop and ask how my experience was. All the staff I have dealt with were helpful and very friendly. It was deffinately worth the drive. Update: After a recent service issue while on the road I contacted Polito Ford for some assistance. The whole team came together and went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. They understood the situation and went out of their way, where other dealers hadn't to address an on again off again problem, we were seamlessly back on the road in no time. A special thanks to Jack for bringing it all together.

Bought a used vehicle from Kevin and he was so easy to work with and took the time to make sure that all my questions were answered. Great guy, very accommodating with my time and schedule, and no pressure sales. He even rearranged his vacation schedule to make sure he was there for pickup the day I took ownership. The sales manager, Rob Woudwyk, took time to listen to my needs and presented several options to consider: models, trim levels, years, purchase/lease, etc. He also provided transparent and helpful information for my trade-in. Business Manager Veronica explained the nuances of the agreement with clarity and depth, explaining options related to warranties and other options. On delivery day, Rob walked me through the features of the vehicle with patience and detail, responding to questions while providing top-level expertise and customer service. The dealership is clean and welcoming with friendly staff and a comfortable seating area. I'm very happy with this vehicle experience and grateful for the support from Polito Ford Lincoln.
